Order Instructions

• No Same‑Day Cake Orders: Cakes must be ordered at least one day in advance. All same‑day orders will be cancelled without notice.
• Cancellations: To cancel an order, please call the location directly at least 48 hours in advance.
• Pickup Schedule: Please select your pickup date and time when placing your order. The latest pickup time is 1 hour before closing.
• Pickup Hours (Mon–Sat): 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pickup Hours (Sun): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Holidays: Store hours may vary on holidays. Please check with us ahead of time.
• Cake Messages: Custom cake messages are limited to 30 characters.
• Verification: Please have your order confirmation ready at pickup.

Store Exchange & Refund Policy

• All picked‑up order sales are final.
• Once a product leaves our store, it is considered approved and accepted by the customer.
• Cream Pan is not responsible for the condition of any food item after it has left our premises, as we can no longer control handling or storage.
• No exchanges or returns will be accepted once the item has left the store.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on personal taste preferences.
• If an issue arises due to an error on our part, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
• In such cases, please contact us within one day of receiving the item.
• You must present both the original receipt and the food item(s) in question to qualify for a refund or exchange.
